Kara is a native of Ontario, Canada and a long-time DC area resident. She developed an interest in real estate during her 19 years of buying and selling properties in DC, MD and NY. She has lived in many neighborhoods - Capitol Hill, Georgetown, Burleith/Hillandale, AU Park and Cathedral Heights. Kara has also lived in other areas of the region, Silver Spring, MD and Alexandria, VA. She became a licensed Realtor and drew on her personal experiences in order to provide full-service real estate services with an unassuming, sensible approach.
